Michael captures the growth that both of our businesses have shared over a number of years.

“They’ve been able to work with us with regional and remote locations. They’re more than happy to get in a car and support our business,” Michael adds, in reference to the frequent site visits undertaken by our team to support their varied locations across WA.
“Being rural sites, the challenge they have is finding reliable and fast communications,” explains Rob.
“We’ve looked at options for each site, provided the best possible communications, then rather than have individual servers at each site, we’ve built them in the cloud.”
Rob adds that this has “consolidated them centrally and made sure that every single site is part of the same system.” This single system means that AFGRI Equipment’s data remains secure, accessible and stable, despite their spread-out operations.
Rob elaborates on the long-term benefits of this setup in allowing for growth. “If any further sites are required, we can literally go through and add on more computing resources. They talk back to the current infrastructure, so it’s actually quite cheap and works very reliably.”
